Responsibilities
- Enter consignment details in the ERP; print labels and manifests
- Reconcile daily dispatch counts with the warehouse team
- Answer basic customer tracking queries by phone
- Maintain Excel reports for the shift
Requirements
- Typing speed 30+ wpm; basic Excel
- 12th pass; DCA/CCC certificate a plus
- Willing to work either shift
