More women are joining quick-commerce every month — as riders on daytime slots and as packers inside dark stores. Both are real, paid roles with weekly payouts, and neither needs a degree or an interview.
This guide is written for the questions women ask us on the call: is it safe, can I do only daytime, what if I do not ride, and what will I actually earn.
Two kinds of roles
Rider roles: deliver orders on a scooter within 2–3 km of a dark store. Store roles: pick, pack and hand over orders inside the store — no vehicle, no riding, fixed shifts, indoors. Many women start with a store role and move to riding later; many never ride at all and prefer the store.

- Store packer — 6–9 hour shifts, hourly pay, weekly off, canteen at most stores
- Store team lead — a step up after a few months for reliable packers
Safety in practice
Partner apps include an SOS button, live trip sharing and 24×7 support. Quick-commerce trips are short and stay inside a small zone, which is why women prefer it over long food-delivery runs. You can decline late-night orders entirely by simply going offline after dark; there is no penalty. Store roles carry none of the road risk at all.
What women earn
Riders are paid the same per-order rates as men: full-time in metros ₹35,000–₹50,000 a month, daytime-only roughly ₹12,000–20,000. Store packers earn a fixed monthly pay, typically ₹14,000–22,000 depending on the city, with overtime on festival days. Everything is paid to your own bank account every week or month.
Documents
Aadhaar, PAN and a bank account in your own name. Riders also need a driving licence and the scooter's RC. Store roles need no licence. If you do not yet have a bank account, a zero-balance account can be opened in a day with Aadhaar.

Fill our two-minute form and choose a call time. A member of our team (ask for a female caller if you prefer) will confirm your area, explain the store versus rider choice with the actual store locations near your home, and book your onboarding. There is no fee at any stage.

Can I work only in the daytime?
Yes. Riders choose their own slots and can stay offline after dark. Store shifts are fixed and daytime shifts are available.
Is there a uniform?
Riders get a branded T-shirt and bag; store staff get a T-shirt. Both are provided by the company.
Do I need my own scooter?
For rider roles yes, or a rented electric scooter in metros. Store roles need nothing.
Is there any joining fee for women?
No. Joining is free for everyone, and anyone asking for money in our name is a fraud.
