Delivery and dark-store roles are the most reliable jobs in India that do not ask for a degree, an interview or a reference. If you have passed 10th or 12th — or did not finish — you can be working within days.
Roles open to you
- Delivery partner (rider) — needs a two-wheeler and DL
- Dark-store packer — no vehicle, fixed shift
- Store inventory associate — after a few months as a packer
- Team lead / shift lead — for consistent performers, with a fixed salary
What it pays
Rider earnings depend on city: ₹35,000–₹50,000 a month across towns to metros, paid weekly. Store roles pay a fixed ₹14,000–22,000 with overtime. Team leads earn more with a monthly salary and a bonus.
Documents
Aadhaar, PAN, bank account in your name, a selfie; plus DL and RC for riding. School certificates are not asked for.

Reliable packers become shift leads within 6–12 months at many stores. Riders with strong ratings are offered training-buddy and fleet roles. Nothing about a 10th pass certificate limits this — attendance and ratings do.
