Our city pages list the number of Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart dark stores in each locality — pick the company with the most stores within 3 km of where you live, and you will out-earn any difference in per-order rates.
Pay structure
Blinkit: per-order pay with distance component and weekly incentive tiers; strong surge on rain and festival evenings. Zepto: similar per-order pay, often the quickest onboarding, in-app daily payout option in many cities. Swiggy Instamart: shares the Swiggy partner app, so you can also receive food orders between grocery peaks; Monday weekly payout with an instant-payout option.
Shifts versus free login
Blinkit and Zepto lean toward store-linked shifts (you are attached to a store and its slots); Instamart lets you pre-book gig slots for the week. If you want a predictable roster, choose store-linked; if you want flexibility, Instamart's slot booking is the most open.
Kit and costs
Expect a one-time branded bag and T-shirt (₹500–1,000, usually adjusted against early payouts). Fuel is yours on all three; electric-scooter rentals cut it sharply. No company charges a joining fee — ever.
